AFTER HOURS OR EMERGENCY SERVICES
Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC offers a drop-off location if your vehicle needs emergency service or if you’re unable to drop it off during our normal business hours.
Sometimes service is needed on your vehicle after our shop has closed for the evening; however, we can ensure your vehicle will be properly serviced the following business day by following the drop off instructions on this page.

Whether your Buick or GMC vehicle is under warranty or not, with Roadside Assistance, you have the security of knowing that help is just a phone call away. The Roadside Assistance program provides technically trained advisors who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and offers a number of services that help ease concerns resulting from emergencies.

After Hours Drop-Off Parking at South Gates
We have a parking area in front of our SOUTH gate entrance, which will allow us to easily access your vehicle the following business day. This is the easiest way to guarantee contactless service from your local auto repair shop.
Secure Service Department Drop-Box
To help ensure your vehicle is secure, after you've removed any personal belongings from your vehicle, simply find the white box labeled, Certified Service After Hours Key-Drop. Open the box up, take an envelope, fill out your contact information, place your keys in the envelope and then drop it in our safe and secure Drop-Box located in our Certified Service door
